Overview
Delta already had a deployed LMS. Stellar was engaged to operate it after launch: monitoring the system, resolving issues, maintaining it as dependencies and infrastructure change, and delivering new requirements. We support the platform without claiming original authorship, and publish measured outcomes only when an approved baseline is available.
